We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all products on selling unless we note in the product description for some certain product. If you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason and need to apply for a return, please call our after-sales service hotline 111-111-1111 or send an email to 111@1111.com. After contacting us, we will reply within 72 hours. Once your return is authorized, you will receive an email with assigned return merchandise authorization and all instructions for the return.
